We send out details of our properties every week to investors via our database. This will be sent by email. If you are not on our list, you will miss these investment opportunities. When you are on our mailing list you will regularly receive emails with excellent investment deals. The list is free to join, and you can opt out anytime you like.

If you are interested in any of the deals, you will need to follow the instructions in the email.

• After receiving the email and liking the deal, you get in touch.

• We have a phone call to run though the ROI figures, and property details.

• If you choose to proceed, we email you Terms of Sale and our invoice for the finder’s fee.

• Once we have received signed Terms of Sale and our payment, we can then arrange a Skype/WhatsApp call to disclose the full property details.

• We instruct the selling agents who the buyer is.

• The selling agent then contacts you direct to request documents and information. We never request documents be sent to us. Only the agent or vendors’ solicitor will see your personal information.

• Now the property will be marked SSTC.

• The purchase price goes through as a normal sale.

• We then stand aside to let you deal directly with the agent/vendor.
